BOISE COUNTY -- A Meridian woman drowned after trying to save another woman in a rafting accident on the Payette River Sunday.
Chief Deputy Dale Rogers with the Boise County Sheriff's Office says 44-year-old Tracy Ruby was with three other adults and two children Sunday afternoon when another woman fell out of the group's boat.
